In Chorkor, participants explored the realities of urban informality—where overcrowding, unemployment, and limited services shape daily life. They observed how local actors, including chiefs, community leaders, and youth groups, play a key role in mediation and peacebuilding, helping maintain stability in a complex environment.

At this landmark dedicated to Kwame Nkrumah, participants reflected on Ghana’s independence, Pan-African vision, and nation-building journey. The visit highlighted how history, leadership, and collective identity continue to shape political narratives and national cohesion.
